最小発注数量（MOQ）はいくらですか？
Our standard MOQ for custom production is generally 5,000 pcs per item per color. MOQ may vary depending on the product, packaging and customization requirements. Please share your project details for confirmation.
サンプル費用は返金されますか？
もちろんです！正式な大口注文をいただいた際には、初回サンプル費用を差し引くか、全額返金することをお約束いたします。
量産のリードタイムはどのくらいですか？
標準リードタイムは、デポジット受領および最終デザイン確定後25日間です。
お支払い条件はどのようになっていますか？
For new clients, our standard payment term is T/T (Bank Transfer) with a 30% deposit in advance and the 70% balance paid before shipment. For long-term partners, payment arrangements may be reviewed based on cooperation history and order requirements.
What shipping terms do you support?
We commonly support FOB, CIF and other agreed export terms depending on the destination and order requirements. For e-commerce and special delivery projects, please share the destination country and delivery requirements so we can review the appropriate shipping solution.

Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing confidential product designs, packaging files or other proprietary project information.
