Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we fully support both OEM and ODM partnerships. We can provide core technical data (such as ink parameters and nib specifications) to assist your project.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for mass production is 2,000 sets (based on 12 colors/12 pens per set).
Is the sample fee refundable?
Absolutely! We promise to deduct or fully refund your preliminary sample costs once you place the official bulk order.
What is your lead time for mass production?
Our standard lead time is 25 days after we receive your deposit and the final design is confirmed.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients, our standard payment term is T/T (Bank Transfer) with a 30% deposit in advance and the 70% balance paid before shipment. For our long-term premium partners (3-5 years of cooperation), we can negotiate extended credit terms of up to 120 days, backed by Sinosure (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation).
