We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is 3,000 pens per SKU per color. Quantities are counted in individual pens, not sets.

Is the sample fee refundable?

Absolutely! We promise to deduct or fully refund your preliminary sample costs once you place the official bulk order.
